Hi Followers,

Welcome to Transformation Today!!

I have started this blog in obedience to my heavenly Father. God’s main call upon my life is in the prophetic – to edify, to exhort and to comfort (1 Cor. 14:3). However, more specifically, there are two Rhema words given to me by the Holy Spirit early after my reconcilation with God which epitomize His purpose and calling for my life:

“for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:12, NKJV)

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:2, NKJV)

There are insights (or some may wish to call them revelations) I have been receiving from the Holy Spirit and up until now I have been writing these in my personal journal. However, in keeping with the purpose and calling of God contained in my Rhema words, I sense that one of the ways I should fulfill my calling is to start posting these insights as blogs specifically targeting believers in Christ. In this way, equipping them for the work of the ministry a part of which will be the passing on of these insights to other believers so that the body of Christ will be edified.

The ultimate desire of the Lord is that we would all mature into the image of His Son Jesus Christ. This cannot be accomplished without us allowing God’s Word to transform our minds. Only then will we know His good, acceptable and perfect will for our lives. I know that God wants us to begin to see ourselves through His eyes as outlined in His Word and begin to activate the power of sonship. To become the leaders He has ordained for us to be. It is my earnest prayer that as you read these messages from the Holy Spirit that you will become transformed into all the fullness of Christ and maximize the fullness of His potential that is within you.

Please pass on the link to this blog site transformationtodayblog.wordpress.com to other Christians who are serious about becoming spiritually mature and helping others to become equipped.

Shalom

Minister Valerie Kerr
